Outstanding card!

I bought this to replace my GeForce 7300 LE 128mb card (which I only put up with for about a week.) I found the 7900 GS on a "Top 10 Best Graphics Cards" that was release Feb '07 and this card was number 6 on the list.

For under $160, this card is a steal for the performance it gives you. I can run UT2004 at all it's highest settings, hacked to display 1440x900 and I can still get 180 fps! Doom 3 looks incredible as well (at 'high' settings.) The anti-aliasing is great and the edges of models and forms look silky smooth. And for you over clockers, it adds only about 1-2 degrees celcius to your system & CPU temp.

I recommend downloading NVidia NTune to run an automatic over clocking test that will beef up your system safely and reliably. This card was meant to be over clocked and you can get almost the same performance out of it as you would a card that costs $150 more.

Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200 (over clocked from 2.2ghz to 2.3ghz)
