Had to add my 2 cents worth
Pros:
Cheap initial cost. Fast printing. Crisp quality
Cons:
Toner cost, unfriendly software, louder than it should be
The Bottom Line:
It beats the pants off of an ink jet, if you're looking for a cheap print, go for it...

Author's Review
I just read the 6 reviews on the little printer and couldn't help adding my 2 cents on the subject. I got mine for around $85 after rebate. I've had only ink jet printers at home before, and in compared to those, this is a real gem. I've used HPs at work and this isn't as nice as those, but it's a lot less expensive too.
Yes it is a little noisy.
Yes, I did have to mess around with downloading drivers etc to get it to work with my print server, but I did get it to work. the print server is a cheapie one that I paid $30 for and I used the parallel interface instead of the USB interface to get it working, but it does work with the print server.
Lastly, yes it is a little pricey for toner if you buy the factory toner packages (at $85 per 3000 pages, that's 2.8 cents per page, still much cheaper than an ink jet), but you can get toner refills and reset chips on ebay for about $38 for a 3000 page refill kit and reset chip (1.2 cents per page) or from other toner refill sites for a little more than that.
Would I buy it again? You bet. Do I wish the toner was a little cheaper? Yes.
