Great pictures, when they are not blurry
Pros:
5x optical zoom, weather resistant
Cons:
Very difficult to take a non-shaky picture
The Bottom Line:
If you have a perfectly steady hand, this is a fantastic camera. Otherwise, find something else.

Author's Review
I bought my Olmpus Stylus 760 about two months ago. I am not a heavy digital camera user, nor am I any type of professional photographer. So here is an honest review from an everyday user.
Pros:
-7.1 Megapixel, awesome pictures and color, though burns through your camera card quickly.
-Small, lightweight, compact, fits nicely in a pocket
-I got my camera in a stylish black finish (several colors are avaible)
-Weather resistant, no worries about having it out in the rain
-An available water proof housing can be purchased so that you can take underwater shots (and the camera has settings for it)
-Seems very durable
-Picture quality is excellent
-Anti-shaking feature, for those without a steady hand (and you need it!)
-Optical Zoom is awesome
Cons:
-This camera is expensive. I would recommend waiting for it to come down in price
- Shaky/blurry pictures
-Uses an XD memory card, not a conventional SD card
-LCD very hard to see in bright sunlight
Basically, I wanted a good camera at a fair price. This is my second Stylus camera, my first being a 4 megapixel (this is a 7.1mp). I was very pleased with the first camera, and expected the same for this one. That being said, this is a good camera, but I actually expected a bit more. There are lots of great features, such as a myriad of settings that allow you to take all kinds of pictures (low light, behind glass, nighttime, cityscape, underwater, etc.) The settings allow you to easily take a picture without having to know everything about taking a picture like a pro would know. Although this camera has awesome settings, I have found that they are sometimes useless, because you have to be using a tri-pod or stand of some sort to stop the camera from taking blurry pictures. I do not have a perfectly steady hand, but even when others have used it, we almost always get a blurry (shaky) picture when using any other setting than the one that compensates for less-than steady hand. I think it is actually due to a slow shutter speed, and the fact that you have to depress the button a little too hard. My only other major complaint is that the LCD screen is next to impossible to see on a sunny day, and with no viewfinder window, it gets a bit tricky.
All in all, this is a good camera, the picture quality (when not blurry) is far beyond anything I have seen in equal cost cameras. The 5 times optical zoom is fantastic for that far away shot. However, I think at this price, you are better off waiting for it to come down, or looking at other brands.
