Before You Buy The 2003 Altima, Consider...

Date of Review:  Oct 3, 2002
The Bottom Line: Look into a luxury sedan before you dive into this driver's seat. You may be glad you did.
Review: When faced with buying a "new" vehicle for our family, after owning our classic Dodge Caravan for ten years (got our money's worth), after realizing it was time for something "classy" for once, my first instinct was, "Let's go for the beautiful...

Fast, attractive, and room for 5.

Date of Review:  Oct 1, 2002
The Bottom Line: Recommended, however the interior materials need to be updated very badly.
Review: It's quite astounding how far family oriented cars have come these days, not only in performance, but in overall design. In 1989 Ford had one of the fastest 4 door family cars on the market; the discontinued Taurus SHO. While BMW and other companies...

Exterior Styling Bound To Become A Classic

Date of Review:  Aug 8, 2004
Review: This newly designed exterior is bound to be a classic. I have never made a point to *Windex* my taillights until now. I bought this car for the general look, the shape, the surprising power coming out of a 4-cyl engine, the roominess, the unique...

The Nissan Altima 2003 from the Former Saleswoman's Point of View

Date of Review:  Jun 12, 2003
The Bottom Line: There is nothing in it for me on this, I don't sell them anymore, but I STILL LOVE THEM!
Review: It was 1997 and my brother was moving to Australia. He needed someone to take over his 1993 Altima payments. There was one year left on it and I said why not? He is my brother and I can afford to help him out even though I already have a Honda...

Great looks, a magnificent V6 engine--and the seats that have me waiting for the Mazda6

Date of Review:  Oct 17, 2002
The Bottom Line: A shame the rest of the car falls well short of the great engine and sharp exterior.
Review: Many of the cars I test drive I don't see myself potentially owning. They're either too expensive, or not my type of vehicle. The Altima is an exception. With the redesigned 2002 I test drove the 2.5 liter four with a manual transmission and the 3.5...

Loved my Altima - except for the 4cyl power

Date of Review:  Aug 30, 2004
Review: I loved everything about my 03 Altima except for the 4cyl engine. Don't get me wrong, it was a good engine and I never had problems...it was just too weak for me. Living in a climate where the AC is running all summer, the motor would often rev high...

Redesigned 2003 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE Sedan Exceeds, Competes Well In Its Class

Date of Review:  Jan 4, 2003
The Bottom Line: It will be hard for you to make up your mind and pass such a great buy when considering the competitors.
Review: Out of Smyrna, Tenn. comes the powerful V6 Altima. The SE is the only V6 powered model in the Altima line. It's the car that is turning heads on our roads. In fact, this is the first major redesign of the Altima by this automaker. Based on what I...

An Altima for all generations

Date of Review:  May 20, 2006
The Bottom Line: This is a great car. The ride was effortless.
Review: When I brought in my Toyota 4 Runner for service I was given a 2003 Nissan Altima 4-door sedan.

The car's features:

The car has (present tense – it's still in my driveway) close to 40,000 miles on it and is in pristine...

Nice little ride!

Date of Review:  Aug 27, 2006
Review: Not bad for a new family. Room for all. Very smooth ride! Not a tight turning radius. Some wobbly plastic parts included. OK on gas mileage.
