Great Car for the Price

I bought my 1998 200SX SE-R new a year and a half ago. The car is phenomenal. It provides plenty of muscle for passing and just plain flooring it, but also delivers good fuel economy. The standard version allows for smooth shifting. In addition, the interior is surprisingly spacious. Four adults can comfortably fit, and a fifth is not out of the question. However, this does give the car a slightly awkward look from the exterior. At some angles it looks great, but others make it look a little unattractive. When I bought the car, I also considered a Honda Civic. The 200SX was far more fun to drive with its bigger engine and better-tuned sport suspension. The SE-R option package - including remote keyless entry/alarm, sun roof and upgraded stereo - is a great way to add on the more expensive features for not too much extra money. The car is perfect for the younger crowd looking for practicality with some fun mixed in.
