The Bottom Line: I will recommend this book rather than not recommend it because Sparks still weaves a pretty (if not stellar) story and his lyrical prose is worth reading.

Sappy, Mildly Predictable, G-Rated Love Story

The Bottom Line: I do Recommend this book, but for a true Sparks treat, read The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, or True Believer.

Read this book if you love romantic and realistic love stories.
