After many months, hasn't done a thing for my many scars
Pros:
No scent, almost no irritation, SAYS you only need to apply it twice a day.
Cons:
Didn't do a single thing for me after 9 months. Waste of time and money.
The Bottom Line:
Do not buy this product, it does not work and is a waste of time.

Author's Review
What first attracted me to this product was that it said it only need to be applied twice a day, opposed to Mederma which is 3 to 4 times a day. In addition, it was said to not have a scent (I dislike Mederma's sweet scene), and also to not irritate skin, which I've had happen while using Mederma. Years ago I briefly used Mederma, but I only applied it once or twice a day for a couple months, saw irritation from it, and did not see any results.
I've had about 20 moles removed, mainly for cosmetic vanity purposes, and have had some keyloid, hypertrophic, and colored scars as the result of them. Some of the scars are old and some of them are new. After using New-Skin Scar Therapy Tropical Gel for about 9 months, I have not seen any benefit from using it. In fact, several of my new scars have actually gotten larger while using this product. Now I'm definitely not saying that the gel made my scars larger. The scars were going to become keyloid or hypertrophic anyway and the gel didn't prevent that from happening, nor did it help reduce the size or color of the scar. Honestly, I feel like I'm totally wasting my time when applying this gel since I have not seen any results after such a long time. I still use the gel to this day just because I bought several containers of it and want to use it all up. I'll be excited when I'm finished though, because for me it has just been a waste of time.
Maybe I'll try one of the other scar gel/lotion products afterwards...if I do, I will only buy one container of it instead of multiple ones like I did with New Skin Scar Therapy Gel. The best results I've seen for reducing large scars are from cortizone shots administered by a Dermatologist. New Skin Scar Therapy Topical Gel just didn't cut it.
