WORTH THE MONEY!

I have a professional quality pastry kitchen in the basement of my home.I have wanted to buy this machine for a few years but spent my money on more important things and machines,ovens,mixers etc. for my pastry kitchen.I ordered this machine Friday and got it on a Wednesday.That's quick!I quickly made three ice cream bases the cooked or stove top method if you will and cooled them in a ice bath since I wanted to see if the machine functioned as people who have reviewed it stated.I made Maple Pecan,French Vanilla using vanilla beans,and Chocolate.The machine is excellent .I had my ice cream to soft serve in a little over 20 minutes.

The machine is strong and chills quickly largely because of the big compressor in it which is why it's quite heavy.I had a freeze canister model for years but there is no comparison.I expected no less from this machine since this company produces commercial machines I figured this would be the best on the market of it's type.

If you are serious about ice cream save your money if you have to and make this investment it truly is of the best quality of course you have to pay for quality.

It's really not that hard to clean.Do yourself a favor if you are using the stove top method do not pour the hot mixture in this machine then complain it takes too long.Of course it would as would even a commercial machine using hot ingredients.If you are in a hurry cool the mixture over a ice bath.
