It could have come with better ring tones.

Awesome Phone. This is a smartphone in every sense of the word. Now, instead of a phone, MP3 player and PDA, I have all of this is one device. I am thrilled with it.
The QWERTY keypad is easy to use and large enough for most hands. Texting and sending emails is easy with this keypad. The wheel, located on the side of the unit, makes reading and scrolling through email a breeze. This phone included extras from Sprint like Sprint Navigation so I don't need a Garmin either.
I find the screen is large enough to read most emails, browse mobile based websites and view Sprint TV without a problem. A screen protector is helpful in order to keep the screen clean. This is especially true if you do not use a headset. The navigation program took a little time to set up but overall I am happy with how this phone works.
The camera takes pictures that are in line with the picture quality of your average cell phone. I love the fact that you can snap a picture and instantly email it to someone.
You can customize how your start screen looks so you put the applications that you use most on it. Navigation through all of the programs is easy either by using the wheel or you can quickly sort through everything using the button next to the wheel.
It took a little while to figure out the phone. It is my first smartphone, I was using a Zire PDA for my contacts, and calendar so moving away from a touch screen took a little getting used to.
Overall, this is a great phone, the call quality is very good and I am satisfied with it. Add a Bluetooth headset and it really makes everything fall into place. In order to watch Sprint TV and hear it well, a headset is recommended. It is a good looking phone in addition to being functional. I would recommend this to anyone interested in one of the smartphones.
