Pros:
Perfectly molded for your hands, Guide button, Buttons placed excellently, Rumble
Cons:
D-pad, wireless can be negative to some
The Bottom Line:
You really don't have a choice when it comes to an Xbox 360 controller. Microsoft's official one is the only way to go.

Author's Review
I'm a bit skeptical of wireless gaming devices, especially controllers. I won't use a wireless gaming mouse or keyboard because of the response time. So using this controller has been great because it seems so precise. I still won't use wireless PC gaming devices but I have a PS2 wireless controller and this one as well. However I do wonder what the difference would feel like with a wired controller instead of this one that was included.
Other then the wireless aspect theres the rest of the controller to worry about. Its perfectly molded for anyones hands. Its not to small or big and feels solid in your hands. The weight is just right with the batteries inside. and the buttons are placed perfectly on the controller. Theres the standard Xbox A, B, X, and Y buttons with the trigger buttons as well. The black and white buttons have been switched to "bumpers" next to the triggers. The D pad and analog sticks are in their normal spots and feel just like they did on the Xbox 1 controller, which is definetly a good thing. The batteries last quite long and when you open up the guide button it tells you how much life you have left. Its nice to have a 24 hour life even with rumble but you can turn the rumble off in the guide button to save power. You can also buy the plug and play kit where you get rechargeable batteries with a cord to plug into the USB port to charge. However that defeats the purpose of wireless because most people that use wireless are probably not going to plug and unplug it everytime its done charging. I would guess that most people just unplug it from their controller and not their system but I just think that defeats the purpose of having a wireless controller because you still have that cable coming out of the console.
The biggest new addition, other then the bumpers, is the guide button. The guide buttons brings a lot to the gaming experience so you can check your online friends, messages, change music, etc. See my Xbox 360 review for all the features of the guide button. With this button you can also turn off and on your console or turn off your controller if you want to save power when watching a movie or something.
The controller just looks and feels cool all together. The "chill" color is neat and matches the console as well as the cool LED light on the guide button that tells you which player you are on screen. The downsides are that sometimes chalky white dust will get on the analog sticks from rubbing against the sides and the D-pad seems less responsive and feels akward.
