I am very unhappy with this machine

Pros: I can't think of any.

Cons: Clothes come out more wrinkled than a standard dryer

I received the Maytag Neptune Dryer as a Christmas Gift. I hate it and am surprised that so many people are raving about it. The clothes that I put in the cabinet take 31/2 hours to dry. They come out extremely wrinkled. In fact the clothes in the tumble dryer below came out with less wrinkles than the clothes from the above cabinet. I even dried a shirt at room temperature and it even came out better than the shirts dried in the Maytag Neptune Dryer. How is 3 1/2 hours acceptable to dry anything? What kind of electric bill am I going to run up using this dryer? Oh yea, by the way, Maytag doesn't take back returns. What does that say about Maytag?
