Author's Review

The new nintendo game cube,,, wich is near extinct in evey toys r us... has come up with a new hit. Luig's mansion. Now if you are lucky, you will be able to find it before Christmas, other than that, you will be on a waiting list, in hopes of getting a before x-mas call telling you there is a gamecube system on hold for you

ABOUT THE GAME

Luigi has won a masnsion in a contest that he doesn't remember ever entering, Mario is so excited, that he leaves for the mansion before Luigi, and Luigi is left behind.
Luigi gets to the mansion, and enters the doors, at first you are brought to a dark dark room, with a door that is lit up in all blue. Don't go near it though, it's covered in pinching thorns. Do a little search, and a key shall eventually fall.

Press some buttons, it is so cute how Luigi hollars out for Mario in 2 different voice tones.

As you enter the door that the key fits, you meet this little guy with a vaccum cleaner. He informs you that a guy named Mario had entered the castle, and was nsever to be seen again.

He then gives you the vaccumm cleaner, and tells you to suck up all the evil ghosts.

Besides the details of the game, let me tell you about the awesome 3D graphics, they are absoultley stunning, and every room Luigi enters is very detailed, eventhe walls are beautiful. Yu are able to rotate the camera in any direction, making it possible for you to see at any angle. Just like nintendo 64's mario land. But better!

The controler too, let me tell you this is the most comfortable easy to get used to, that I have ever held. It is totally unlike that dificult one to even hold that seg dreamcast brings to you! I didn't buy the system for that one reason. Seriously.

I am a serious adventure gamer, and if you or your kids are this game will give them hours apon hours of mesmorizing game time.

I am not sure if this game causes or can cause seizures, some games can actually cause them, but I highly doubt this one will. It is not one of those high fast action games.
It is fun, the music is great as well. As you enter different rooms, thr music may change to the theme you re about to face. Like scary boombing music if you are about to go up against a boss. Or peacful music, if it is just one of those rooms that lead to no where.

The one thing dissappointing in this game is that yu need a memory card to save your work, otherwise if you die, you start right from the very beginning again. A real painin the neck, and most likely you will just turn it off like I did.

This game is a maze of fun. You will not be dissapointed.
Like I said though, I belive the system is going to be harder to get than he game.

Happy hunting.
For Mario too!
