Great little unit

I've owned an iWAY 350 for over a year and have driven throughout the U.S. with it... with no problem (after first unit was returned). Particularly like using it in the challenging to drive D.C. area where it always takes me where I want to go. I always pack it on a trip. Could not imagine travelling without it. Great unit for an excellent price.

My first unit locked up and would not receive satellite after about a month of use. I sent it back to Lowrance and a new unit was sent in less than 2 wks. Unfortunately, I was not paid the $50 rebate that helped convince me to buy the unit in the first place... Lowrance said I did not submit the correct UPS.. it was the one in the box. Basically they ripped me off for $50.

Regardless, I have had great luck with this unit and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a low priced GPS that will reliably and safely get you to where you want to go. The POI's work well... hotels, etc are accurate... and I particularly like the voice directions which is a big safety issue in traffic when it's unsafe to look at the unit. The screen is bright and one of the better screens I've seen.
