Great... then not so great.
Pros:
Interesting. Help Me and Manga.
Cons:
Most of the album
The Bottom Line:
As for those considering buying this album, look elsewhere, like at Timo Maas's debut album.

Author's Review
I recently was shopping at Virgin Music, looking for more Way Out West or Chicane albums. Of course, I was thoroughly disappointed, as most record stores tend to stock every Brittney Spears and Ja-Rule item available, and leave the electronic music section sparse. Well, in my disappointment, I saw this album for $10 with a bonus Starecase sampler.
Upon placing it into my truck's CD player, I was impressed, to begin with. The first track starts off nice and eerily smooth. The girl does not carry a tune well, but she fits the music nicely. The next track was a magnificent driving force followed by a smooth track. Then... I became disappointed. The rest of the album lacked fluidity and ear-pleasing music, for the most part.
Here is a rating of each song:
8 - Help Me (feat. Kelis) - interestingly nice
9 - Manga - I dig this track; driving music
9 - Hash Driven - nice and smooth.. like it should be
7 - Shifter (feat. MC Chickaboo) - nice beats and sounds; the rapper needs to go
7 - Hard Life - fair track
5 - Thats How Ive Been Dancin (feat. M. Bettinhaus) - I try not to lose my lunch when I hear this
2 - We Are Nothing - this stinks; I do not even consider this a song
6 - Old School Vibes - fairly decent
7 - O.C.B. - a nice track, but uninspired, in my opinion
5 - To Get Down - I wanted this to be a great track..
3 - Ubik: The Breaks (feat. M. Bettinhaus) - please kill Mr. Betttinhaus; his vocals are horrid; the song is not great either; I do not see why this one is popular
2 - Caravan (feat. Finley Quaye) - yikes, who let this one out of the studio??
3 - Bad Days - Eww.. then, a remix at the end of this track of To Get Down that should have been in place of the mix on number 10
All in all, I recommend to Timo Maas that you get people that can carry a tune on your next album. These featured persons are below sub-par.
