It's a good mid range router with a lot of options

When my linksys WAP died after a year and a half i chose to go with a different brand, and D-Link has been very reliable in the past.

It has good signal strength, and a lot of options. There's a setup wizard (that you can skip) for users new to wireless, but it has a lot of advanced features for packet routing and server setup, and even a log that's viewable from the configuration pages. I've tried it with a variety of internet applications and they all work seamlessly. Even MSN voice/video/file transfers work, which is somewhat surprising because linksys said that their router couldn't handle them because MS didn't publish instructions on how to route them.

I'm using it with an 802.11b wireless card, I haven't tried the 2.4Ghz wireless cards yet.
