Pros: Easy PC Set Up, Built In "Help" Button, Backlighting, Easily Programmable and Updateable,

This advanced universal 550 remote really does the job! With some brief instructions my wife and three daughters can use it without needing help or "calls for Dad" to turn on the TV! It replaced 5 other remotes and I use it to control the following:

- Motorola digital cable box
- Yamaha Home Theater
- Samsung 720P HD TV
- Aiwa 5 Disc CD Player
- TEAC Dual Cassette Deck
- Toshiba DVD Player
- JVC VCR

Note: You will need to know how your components are connected to each other (HDMI1, HDMI2, DVD1, etc.) so you can effectively complete the set up rocess.

As soon as my Toshiba HD TV is repaired and back downstairs, I'm going to get another 550 remote for that set up which has the same amount of components.
