Lexmark X9350 All-In-One InkJet Printer

My husband and I were in the market for a new printer. We decided to look for one that would provide us with multi-services. I went online looking for reviews. I found that there were good reviews for the Lexmark 8350. When at the store I saw that the Lexmark 9350 provided a bit more than the 8350. The price was just $199.99 for an all in one printer. Shortly after we set up the printer we had difficulty getting the wifi to work consistently. The paper jams quite often. It is not difficult to get the back door open however, it is difficult to get the paper unstuck. The photo quality is very poor with this printer. The photo's were taken with a 10 megapixel camera although when printed they were so grainy that they looked as though they were taken with a one megapixel camera. The photo looks smudged with very thin horizontal and vertical lines going through the picture. This happens on both regular and photo paper. The ink cartridges are very expensive and at this point are unable to be refilled. Walgreens refills cartridges at low costs, however when I tried to refill these cartridges I was told that since they are newer type cartridges they were unable to be refilled. The printer uses up the cartridges quickly. This printer has been an overall disappointment. We no longer have a good deal now that we need to buy another printer that will be reliable. I would not recommend this printer.
