Lancome Artliner Precision Point Eyeliner

If you've ever tried using liquid eyeliner, you know it's not always that easy. I've tried many, many brands and types of liquid eyeliner over the years and have found that Lancome Artliner is my favorite. It's pricey for an eyeliner, but I splurged on it one day at Sephora and found that it is totally worth the cash.

I bought a nice dark brown color that was slightly metallic. The liner brush on this product is what makes it much easier to use than most other similar products out there. The brush is thin with a pointed tip, and has some give to it - which is key if you don't want to have a jagged line across your eyelid. I find that stiff brushes just make more of a mess than anything. The brush glides pretty smoothly across your lid and it's easy enough to go back over your line to even it out if you've made a mistake. You can even smudge over the liner with some shadow to soften the line a bit if it ends up looking too harsh.

The eyeliner is not waterproof and it wipes off pretty easily with any old eye makeup remover. Not only that, but the product itself takes a long time to use up all the way, so it ends up being worth the money. Lancome for the win!
