Pros: Quiet but not silent, the unit case is made of good quality plastic, no rust.

Cons: energy star mode is annoying, fan start/stop every 3-4 min, just put on low fan.

Bought it last summer and i'm very satisfied with this air conditioner. I have nothing to add over previous comment.

Just that i'm very satisfied, this is way better than the cheaper Danby 6000btu tryed, worth the extra cost.
