Unbelievably and Inexplicably Awful!!!

I have never left feedback before, but felt it was necessary, if only to prevent someone else from making the same monumental mistake of purchasing this unit.  After an excrutiating 5 service calls to fix our first lemon which did not clean dishes due to not desolving the soap (though the dispensor opened properly), we finally were issued a replacement.  That solved all the problems and worked great for about 6 months, but has recently failed us again and requires more service.  Now the motor is making a ton of noise and appears to be failing.  Additionally, the racks are already begining to rust and the amount of water remaining in the bottom is disgusting.  I WISH I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THIS DISHWASHER!  I should have gone with my gut and bought the Bosh. 

Do yourselves a favor...don't even consider this dishwasher!  When two out of two fail, that is a pretty good indicator these dishwashers suck.
