This is awesome!

All I can say is I love my KitchenAid Mixer! This was a gift from my aunt and let me say that she is now my favorite aunt!

This mixer is very sturdy. I have used it for everything from mashing potatoes to mixing stiff cookie dough and it never slows down. My old handheld mixer would not even attempt to mix cookie dough where this one does not even remotely show any signs of slowing down.

One thing that this mixer is perfect for is mixing frosting. In making decorator icing, my recipe calls for several minutes of beating. This mixer is perfect for this. It is hands free and the consistancy at the end of mixing in unbeatable. I have made several meringues with this and you can not get a stiffer meringue with a and mixer if you tried! You can not begin to compare the quality of any recipe to a traditional hand mixer.

Overall, if you are a cook, espicially a baker, this is a must have. You can do things with this mixer that you absolutely can not do with a traditional hand mixer. It offers hands free operation. Just flick the switch on and let it do its thing. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend this product to you. It is well worth the money. If anything happens to mine and I have to replace it (which I don't think will happen), then I will have to replace it. It's one of those things that once you have it, you won't want to be without it.
