Do not purchase this dishwasher!

We purchased this model when we remodeled our kitchen several months ago and it has been out of service over half the time. We've had 8 service calls. They have taken it apart, ordered parts, ordered parts from the wrong place so they took a month to get here, installed parts, uninstalled parts, returned parts that the next guy said we didn’t need. It is made by Fisher & Paykel under private label for Whirlpool. The problem appears to be associated with the way the top closes on each drawer. It leaks and that in turn signals the dishwasher to continue running. The only option is to cut power. The company we purchased it from, Standards of Excellence, will not do anything. More troubling is that Whirpool/KitchenAid will not stand behind it. The "Customer Loyalty" group told us to go to the repair people. In frustration I wrote to the Chairman/CEO. Their executive group has again turned it back to the third party repair company who are to install new parts.. We’ve been here before and this time we’ve been waiting three weeks for them. The design if fatally flawed and I honestly do not believe it can be fixed.
