Great Vocal Enhancement....

Vocals are not what you would expect from anything dealing with "woofer" in it's name, but what they have done for my system has added a lot of warmth to vocals. The music in itself is a good bit warmer.

As a note; I have a Kicker KX300.2 with the low pass set at 200 doing the amplification for them. My VW Vanagon has 200" square of cargo space, and I am certain that most cars would make for even deeper, louder, and better bass with these. As the VW is so darn huge on the inside; I could have done with a larger amplifier still.

They round out nicely with my JBL 432 mains and Kicker IX252 amp with it's high pass at 110, and I am now ready to properly add a subwoofer in a few months.

The grills have changed for 2004... I have the old perforated style; which is actually one reason I bought them!

They provide a great rumble when it is on the material. Not true subwoofer rumble; but it is still there. Cool stuff!
