can't get one that works

Pros: relatively quiet, drys well when it works

Cons: can't get one that works right

The first one had to be returned right after delivery due to a sharp edge inside the drum. The second one was replaced after several attempts to repair because the automatic cycle would never shut off. Now the third one is dead - will not work at all.
