best bang for the buck

serious sound for the price. klh makes some not so good speakers, they cost 20-40 dollars a pair. they make some decent stuff, sort of hit and miss. stay away from the big box klh speakers. this model is the best klh model for some time. go and compare. the mids are much more open and clean then say cerwin vega. at 200 dollars for the pair, the sound can't be beat. compared to say jbl it would be a personal preference. i've owned much more expensive speakers. some have sounded a little better. but not worth 5 times the price. these speakers are very natural sounding. with pretty decent imaging. the tweeter is much higher quality than expected in this price range. and the bass is pretty well defined. not the one note bass so common these days. i compared it to speakers costing up to 500 + dollars a pair. it performed better than all speakers costing lees than 500 dollars. i promise you, if you listen with an open mind, you'll know that unless you really want to fork over 3-4 times the price, it won't make a difference. i am a one time audio snob, that bought based on names, and recognition. klh has earned my respect. i'll spend my money on music and movies from now forward. and buy what's good for the money. buy these and expand your collection. i know some won't believe these are good. and i can't speak for other models of klh, but this model is awesome for the money. literally no speaker near it's price is close.
