The GR DV-3000 provides portabilty, sharp images & great sound

In my collection of pro cameras used for documentaries the GR DV3000 had to be the smartest move ive made, In difficult situations the GR DV3000 was a life saver. The LCD screen has a great feature.. you can turn it around to face forward. Then you can view through the viewfinder and the people you are recording can actually see themselves on the viewscreen. The only fault is the location of the tape loader. When using a tripod you had to remove it form tripod and remove the base plate which takes to long. If your shooting action shots, you've just missed 2 mins of footage, "But" this camera provides portability, sharp images & great sound. Great semi-pro cam.
