Very Bad equipment and support

Please never buy this equipment, it is the worse radius than I have had.

10 months ago buy a Radio JVC KD-DV7300, the last week the radio don`t read the CD and dvd, two days after don`t read the USB port, i was to the Technical service and the diagnostic was what the card lector of the CD es wrong and JVC don`t have parts for the reparation, the conclusion is the radio is wrong and it`s impossible your repair, for an error I loss purchase invoice for this reason i can`t receive the devolution of the money, speaking with the Technical service man he say what the radios of JVC with the function of DVD have this problem and is impossible your repair.
I send a email to JVC support and no body answer about of this problem.
better they avoid problems and don`t buy radios of this Brand.
