Great picture quality and physical size. However, this TV is really only suited to a big room though (best viewing of the projection image is from 3 or more metres away).

This TV has a definite "lamp unit" problem, I have had two failed units in less than thirteen months (I get to revert to my JVC 14" CRT which is 17 years old and works flawlessly). The lamp unit should last 2 to 4 years depending on your viewing habits.

NOTE: It does take a long time to get it operational again via warranty (although the replacement of the lamp unit is relatively easy).

If you buy this TV make sure you also purchase an extended warranty that will include the "Lamp Unit"! I believe the cost is approximately CAD $400 per lamp unit.
