Pros: Retractable cord and rewind switch for the cord. Pouch for headphones included.

Cons: Human error in not turning off the power to conserve the battery.

The Bottom Line: Great headphones that do the job and do not cost an arm and a leg.

These JVC headphones do a nice job reducing the ambient noise in airplanes! Sure they are not Bose or Sony or some other high priced headphones, but they do the job. Our JVC headphones were purchased online at a very reasonable price. If you do your research, you can get a great deal. Advice, remember to turn off the power switch when you are not using the headphones. Also, carry an extra AA battery just as backup for human error. The headphone cushioned earpiece covers the ear and are comfortable on long flights as they are light weight. Also, adjusting the size to fit one's head is easy - even a cavewoman could do it.

These headphones were purchased to use with the SanDisk MP3 player during travel on an airplane. The MP3 is primarily used to listen to audio books that are downloaded from a public library. The headphones fold easily to fit in the included pouch. Because they fold, the headphones do not take up a lot of space in carry on bags. Yeah. The SanDisk Sansa e200 mp3 player can also fit in the pouch. The automatic wind-up cord system is easy to use - no more tangles! This feature is a must!
