Pros: Less poppy sound, entertaining listen.

Cons: Some songs overly long, lacks the pop appeal of Three Cheers.

I got this CD a few months ago, after purchasing Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and loving it. My Chemical Romance captures my attention while other bands of this genre do not. Their debut album "I Brought You My Bullets..." is much rougher than the popular "Three Cheers...", but is pleasantly addictive when given a chance. Emo fans drawn in by Three Cheers may not enjoy it, but fans of punk, rawer music, and dark, theatrical lyrics should definitely give it a try.
