Decent price and quality

Compared to vacuums, I've had wonderful luck with this cleaner! It has definitely done the job on my carpets for about 6-7 years. Every time I clean the carpet, it is a suprise how much dark water is in the bucket.

I've have (1) dog and have to clean out the unit about once a year to remove hair. The hose has split and I have a feeling it's about time for a new cleaner.

Ease of use. Cleans very well. Great money saver.
Cons
The hand tool doesn't do too much.
