Great Car

I put 89,000 miles on my 2001 Accord coupe EX-L 4-cyl 5 speed with only one problem in the entire ownership. At 36,000 miles a light went on in the dashboard that was quickly resolved by the dealership by reseting the computer. Other than that it stands firm as the best car I have ever owned. For a coupe it had plenty of room in both the front and back. The seats were very compfortable. The ride quality was excellant and the workmanship was beyond the price you pay for the car. I drove it a lot for the three years I had it and spent about two hours a day in what I considered to be a luxurious car. The leather held up very well over time. The stereo had a nice, crisp sound. I was very rough on this car and yet its integrity over the years was unmatched by any vehicle I have yet to own (that may change with the Camry I have now only owned for two days). I was extremely happy with the car and disappointed to see it go. I got so many compliments for its looks (it was allegedly the 7th 01 accord to have a dark blue with tan leather and a manual trans) and those who I dared let take the wheel absolutely loved the car. Definately a car I miss dearly and considered in its full size form for my current car.
