HP has done a wonderful job with it camera and it sports many features that I was not expecting in such a low cost camera option. The camera can be used as a simple point and shoot camera, but has many other features that make it a value. Some options include the ability pre-focus, adjust flash settings, and select a picture style (like portrait, action, or landscape). Many other options in the camera are adjustable as well like the ISO setting, Color Saturation, etc. You also have the ability to attach a short audio recording to a picture, so you can remember what it is, for example. The video recording option is easy to use and works very well.
The camera also includes the ability to edit pictures that are stored on the camera, for example you can rotate a picture while it is on the camera so when you download it to your computer, it is in the correct orientation. Also the ability for the camera to detect as either a digital camera or a disk drive when attached to a computer provide for extensive compatibility to systems. The software included with the camera is not the best, but it does include a nice panoramic photo maker, which work fairly well.
Overall, this camera is an excellent buy for anyone who wants to decent camera with a lot of features without shelling out tons of money. This camera is probably the best you can get for the price.
