I bought this computer about a month back because my old computer caught a bunch of viruses. I choose this particular computer because the price was right for what it came with. I also love to mess with my photos, and this is supposed to be a good computer for that.
The computer comes with a cd burner, and the lightscribe program as well. It was very easy to set up and get right to using it too. This computer comes installed with Vista, which I was a little worried about. I have not had a problem installing any of my xp programs, except some of the hp image software. It has an amd athalon processor, a 15 in 1 card reader, and 400GB hard drive.
The only thing I do not like about the computer is that it won't allow me to download any of the hp photo programs that I had with my xp. It comes with the newest version of the hp image program, but you can't do anything near what you could with the older versions. I tried to download them, and it said that they were only for xp. That is the only draw back I have had so far.
I enjoy using this computer. I would recommend this computer. I paid $650.00 for just the computer, not the full package with the monitor. I purchased it at Circuit City, and would recommend this product.
