A big piece of history
Date of Review: Feb 20, 2001
The Bottom Line: This CD is full of Micheal Jackson's best songs. It spans his whole career and also, it shows various sides of his music.
I'll be the first to admit it, I like Micheal Jackson's music. Now I don't want you to think I'm one of those psycho fans who cry when I hear his name cause I'm not.I respect his music as well as his career.
On this two CD set, you hear songs which span over the entire course of Jackson's career.First you hear the first songs like "Billie Jean" and "Don't Stop Till You Get Enough" to other later songs like "Remember the Time" and "Heal the World." All in all, this is a CD which displays the musical highlights in Jackson's career.
However although I loved the CD tremendously, I did become somewhat annoyed at all of the extra sounds he makes.By this I mean at the end of "Earth Song" he says "Woo" about 12 times or so.I realize that maybe I'm being a little too picky or detailed but that the way I am.
For the most part, this way a great CD.It made me feel like I was a kid again and also, it brought back memories my childhood.I'm sure that sounds really sappy, but that's okay.
