Suburbans miles per gallon or gallons per mile?? Whats next?

I was amazed when I was informed about this disgusting piece of metal. It is oversized and ugly. This is the equivilent of a truck that is used in construction. They are in fact very large and that an get very inconvenient when parking, driving on narrow roads, parking in parking garages, making tight turns, seeing other cars around you, just to name a few. These are veyr dangerous to drive. not for the person driving it but for the others around you sharing the road with you. Since you are so large if for any reason you hit another car (compact) then you would completely total the opposing car. You're saying "well there are other large vehicles on the road that pose that threat also." Well if you didn't buy this car then you would bring that percentage of large gas guzzling vehicles down.
Another huge deal that is being broadcasted across the counrty right now is the mileage. One Suburban gets ten miles to the gallon and has a forty two gallon tank. There goes the whole point of gas-on-the-go. I've been with my friend when she has had to fill her truck, it takes TEN TO FIFTEEN minutes just to fill the tank. I on the other hand own a Saturn, I can get gas in a matter of minutes. With the gas prices flirting with the two dollar amount I am glad i only have to pay around 10-17 dollars, while others up to sixty dollars. I don't feel bad for people who own these monsters when they could easily have a van instead.
If you are considering an SUV think about the disadvantages compared to the advantages and I'm sure before you get tot he advantages you will be out of fingers. (try toes!)
