street pilot i5

I was looking for a compact gps system that would just do the job right and had an ease of use. The streetpilot i5 met all the requirements....now i can go wherever i want without the frustration of getting lost. It's been about a week since I've used it now and it hasn't failed me. It's been smooth drivin'. I love that it's compact enough for me to carry around and as a photographer I already have enough gear I have to haul...so this was perfect. Although it does not voice the street that you're supposed to turn on....it gives ample time beforehand. I found that the small screen was visible enough....just in case i wanted to double check the street i was suppose to turn on. I also love that it has preloaded points of interests and you can be anywhere and if you're in the mood for for any kind of food or entertainment it has a list of suggestions. I've never owned a gps before...but I think I started off with a pretty darn good one.
