Garmin Quest Handheld GPS Receiver

After reading the reviews on this unit, I felt certain that the Garmin Quest was the GPS for me. Purchased a new one in January of 2006, and it died April 1, 2006. I sent the unit to Garmin, only to have them send me a refurbished model. The refurbished unit had scratches and poor audio prompting. The issue has not been resolved. Later, I spoke with the Garmin's customer support about downloading v.7 maps, and was never treated so rude in my entire life by customer support. I am very disappointed with the product and people at Garmin. Buyer Beware!
