Product Review

Worst Dishwasher Ever

by   moohoggle ,   Jul 8, 2008

Pros:  The dishwasher is quiet and it does look nice and match the other GE appliances.

Cons:  Doesn't clean, leaves white film, inside is a mess, can't load medium sized bowls

Overall Rating: 1/5 stars

Author's Review

In addition to being the most expensive dishwasher I've ever owned, this is, without a doubt, the worst dishwasher I've ever owned. I am experiencing all the same issues as the previous reviewer expressed only I have not bothered to call GE service. I, too would love to have my $400 Maytag back. Shame on GE for producing such a horrible product and shame on the dealer for even selling it.
Don't buy this dishwasher unless you want to wash all the dishes before you put them in and clean them all off again when they are done.
In addition, there is no good place to put regular cereal type bowls. Small bowls fit fine, but if you have a bowl more than an inch or so deep, there is no good place for it.
