I'll never buy another GE appliance!

We purchased this range in September. In December, the control panel started flashing error codes and the oven stopped working. I went to the GE website and scheduled factory service under the warranty on December 31st, 2006. The authorized repair center did not contact me as promised, so I put in another request. The second repair center had a technician look at the range and ordered parts the second week of January 2007. It is now the end of February and the part has not been replaced. I have not had use of my oven for almost 2 months and GE keeps giving me the runaround. Their authorized repair center will not return my calls and GE cannot give me a tracking number for the part. Every time I call GE, I am on hold for at least 15 minutes. I have not gotten a straight answer from them on what is going on. I wish I had purchased the comparable Kenmore model at Sears!
