Review: I have the GE JES2251SJ02 in stainless steel. I have to agree with several of the other posters. My microwave only lasted for 17 months (Feb 7, 2007 to June 22, 2008). Now it doesn't work.

Review: i bought this microwave on ebay after reading it was top rated by consumer reports. the unit arrived and didn't work properly (smelled like burning plastic and shut itself off after 20 seconds), but a call to GE had a service tech out to the house...

Wish I'd believed the bad reviews on this model, it truely doesn't work well at all. I cannot recommend it, despite our previous GE Microwaves being great.
