We recently installed a GE Profile JGP970SEKSS gas cooktop in our kitchen and it is working beautifully. The unit was very simple to install and started up immediately. I love the super boil burner and it truly boils water in a very short time. I have found this cooktop very easy to clean and it is so attractive with my dark colored granite tile. Our previous cooktop was a Creda (British) Glasstop which did not have continuous burners. What an improvement to be able to use two or three large pots at the same time on this GE continuous burner cooktop. Also, the choice of settings offered by the control knobs allows any amount of flame to be use on each burner. I would highly recommend this model to anyone wanting an attractive, reasonably priced and easy to use cooking surface.
