DON'T buy it from Air & Water !!!

Pros: Unit is small and can be mounted so it can swivel.

Cons: Quality is questionable. Being that the fan won't run, I don't really know yet.

This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Review: Bought this unit for my garage from Air & Water, Inc ..big mistake.

Unit came pkg'd well and I paid to have it installed.
Went to test it and it got hot, but the fan wouldn't run.
There are instructions with the unit that states...
