Yes dear take this camera

'I'm going on Brownie Pack Holiday and the kit list says bring a camera can I take one please mum.'

'I'm going on cub camp can I take a camera?'

'Its time for a school holiday I need a camera to take'

'I must take a camera on Guide camp'

'Hey we are going on a Trip to a theme park I really have to take a camera.'

If you have had any of these situations then I would suggest that the best type of camera to take is not an expensive SLR or Advantix camera. I would not even send a reasonable instant camera. I think that the best type of camera for children to take away with them is a disposable camera.

Why take a Fuji Film QuickSnap Flash camera?

1) This camera comes with a film ready loaded so there is no fiddling around trying to load a film

2) These cameras are not valuable so if it does get lost there is not the same upset as if you lose a good one.

3) These cameras can come with a flash, which is good for indoor Photos.

4) These cameras come with fast films, which are good to photograph moving objects.

5) Disposable cameras are compact and easy to carry

6) They are not expensive.

What about the quality of photos it bound to be rubbish

Wrong. The photos taken with disposable cameras I have always found to be quite acceptable. Even small children can take good photographs with them they may not be quite what you expect from a professional photographer but they are quite good for other people.

I would happily take a disposable camera to a wedding to take pictures of people standing around. I would happily take a disposable camera on a walk to take a photo of the scenery. I would happily take a disposable camera on a city break to take photos of building. In fact I would use them anywhere.

The one reservation I would have about disposable cameras is the waste of it. I wonder if they reuse any part of the camera to make others or is it like film pods, which just get thrown away.
