Fun camera

This was my first digital camera purchase. I saw it in the store and fell in love with the fushia color (which Fuji calls 'Raspberry Red')--No one has a camera that color! I did a little bit of research on the product on-line and no one had any reviews about it yet, maybe because it is new-er? But, I went with my gut instinct and it was a good thing! The price rang is really good for such a clear picture, and the LCD screen is pretty big too...My friend has a coolpix camera & it's a lot bulkier than mine is and I don't think you can recharge the batteries in most digital cameras.
This camera is super lightweight, has a rechargeable battery, 6.3 MegaPixels, the battery is about the size of a typical memory card (maybe smaller) and the memory card for this camera is teeny tiny. It fits in the same compartment as the battery. I think the camera can take a little bit of a beating, as I kept it on my wrist all of St. Patty's Day weekend and I am sure that it was knocked on the bar, the doors and probably some people too. Whoops! Also I charged it for 3 hours a week ago and even with all the pictures that I took this weekend (at least 100) and showing them off to everyone, the battery is still full. Like I said though, this is my first digital camera purchase, and I do not know how long camera batteries usually last, I can only compare it to a cell phone (that needs to be charged every night to every other night). Over all I have not seen anything that I do not love about this camera. It's a keeper!
