Frigidaire PLRU1778ES Stainless Steel Refrigerator: RUN AWAY FROM THIS REFRIGERATOR!

While the Frigidaire PLRU1778ES Stainless Steel Refrigerator has a nice stainless steel door, the door handle comes off unless you tighten it on a continuous basis and even when you tighten the handle; it is always a little loose. You can’t tighten it all the way. It's the poor design.

No thought was put into the inner design in terms of practical usage and as a result the door does not always close when you think it's closed. The refrigerator does not cool sufficiently and food is spoiled on a regular basis. Your much better off with the other Frigidaire all refrigerator unit which I also have. It does not come in stainless but it is an excellent product.

There is much wasted space and flimsy plastic drawers and door shelves. The shelving is either broken or cracked in a number of places. As a result the bottom drawers cannot open or close, making for more wasted and unusable space. The refrigerator was designed very poorly and we are very disappointed in Frigidaire since we bought the product due to our trust in the Frigidaire name. Frigidaire owes its customers an apology and a recall on this defective product.

I am about to call the company to see if these flaws are covered in the warranty.
