Definitely "A CUT" above!
Pros:
Definitely better than the GBC 60s.
Cons:
Basket is small and fills up very quickly.
The Bottom Line:
Fellowes has it on special for $60 on their website. Better yet, look for it on Ebay.

Author's Review
I just acquired this shredder two days ago. It was a major bargain at $45 on Ebay. I am not expecting this to be a workhorse. It is a definitely a light duty shredder and is sold as such.
I have gone through two GBC 60s shredders in 5 years and am frankly, disgusted with that make and model. The Fellowes TV commercials did influence my decision, but not totally. I did my homework, researching as well.
I couldnt justify spending more than $50. This is strictly for my personal home use. I am very impressed, so far. I can tell that the motor is more powerful. It runs quite smoothly and for the price it is doing the job well. It also has the ability to shred 10 sheets at a time, versus 5 on the GBC.
My only negatives are: 1. The size of the basket, which is rather small and fills up rapidly. 2. The basket is not all that stable. It is top heavy and too narrow at the bottom. It is prone to tipping over. I have 2 cats and am concerned that they just might knock it over. 3. My only other complaint is that, unlike the GBC, one cannot, simultaneously, use the basket as a wastebasket. I solved that by retaining my old basket and keeping it behind the new shredder. Not a major big deal. As for the possible cat tipping issue, I am keeping my desk chair against it, when I am not their. Another minor inconvenience.
All in all, for the price, this is a great little shredder.
