I am completely dissatisfied with this thing. It takes FOREVER to dry my clothes. And then when they finally do get dry they come out looking like they've been wadded up and sat on for a week. So now I have to iron everything too? What a nightmare this is turning out to be. YEAH, I got a new washer/dryer combo. UGH, it doesn't work. I had to bring the old dryer back in the house to keep from losing my sanity. Good thing we still had it or Eurotech could be feeling my wrath.
