Pros: Good looking and many good features.

Cons: Very hot exterior of cabinet. Can boil water on the outside! An extreme fire hazard.

Recently bought this oven as a replacement for an older toaster oven. Good looks and nice features. However, and this is big.
The oven becomes extremely hot on the outside. There is no insulation of the case. One could easily burn them self or even start a fire if something combustible came into contact with it.
Even with plenty of space around it the cabinets above were very warm to touch. I would fear for the long term damage to the cabinets as well.
I returned the unit and bought a conventional toaster oven from Hamilton Beach that is just slightly warm to the touch while in use.
