Completely flawed

This mini vacuum is sooooo completely flawed it's actually funny! Don't even think of using this on carpet - it just wont work at all. I bought it on sale for $35.00 and it isn't even worth that much. I don't even think they should be allowed to call it a vacuum because it DOES NOT PICK ANYTHING UP!!!! I purchased this vacuum so that I wouldn't have to carry my much more expensive and heavy vacuum upstairs. This unit is very light - but it is just a vacuum shaped paperweight because it doesn't work. They designed this vacuum in a way that all of the dirt and dust attaches itself the the outside of the filter and the dust cup and the filter itself stays empty! I actually thought that I had installed the vacuum incorrectly because this seemed so completely ludicrous that they would design this vacuum like this. Even on hard floors - only about 50% of whatever is on the floor will be picked up. I tried to pick up dog hair repeatedly to no avail. Even the electrical plug is upside down. This unit must have been a practice test or something that they decided to sell, just to see if anyone would be stupid enough to think that a $35.00 vacuum could really exist. Anyway, I will continue to carry my $300 Healthy Home vacuum up the stairs even though it is ridiculously heavy, at least it really works!
